通过溶液共混法制备热致液晶共聚酯 (HTH - 6 )和尼龙 6 6 (PA - 6 6 )共混物 ,用DSC对共混物进行了表征 ,考察了在不同条件下所得到的共混物的熔融和结晶行为以及HTH - 6的加入对PA - 6 6的影响 .DSC结果表明 ,HTH - 6的加入影响了PA - 6 6的熔融与结晶行为 ,少量的HTH - 6有利于PA - 6 6的结晶 ,HTH - 6掺入到PA - 6 6的结晶过程 ;HTH - 6的含量为 75 %时 ,两种条件下获得的共混物的熔融与结晶行为有较大差别 .
The blends of thermotropic liquid crystal copolyester (HTH - 6) and nylon 6 6 (PA - 6 6) were prepared by solution blending method. The blends were characterized by DSC. Melting and crystallization behaviors of blends and the effects of adding HTH - 6 on PA - 6 6 were studied.The results of DSC showed that the addition of HTH - 6 affected the melting and crystallization behavior of PA - 6 6, while the addition of HTH - 6 was beneficial The crystallization of PA - 6 6 and the addition of HTH - 6 into the crystallization process of PA - 6 6 showed that the melting and crystallization behaviors of the blends were different under the conditions of HTH - 6 content of 75%.
