IEC61850标准的应用和计算机技术、通信技术的发展,为变电站自动化系统中新型智能间隔装置的研制提供了条件。介绍了一种新型变压器保护测控装置,该装置依据IEC61850标准,在完成逻辑节点向IED分配的基础上,采用一体化结构,以ARM和DSP处理器构建了IED硬件平台,并移植了集成有完整TCP/IP协议栈的Linux操作系统作为软件平台,可实现对牵引变电所主变压器的保护、测量、控制、通信等功能,具有可靠性高、智能化程度高、符合标准等优点。
