通过搅拌铸造法制备了Mg2Si/Al原位复合材料,采用扫描电镜对该复合材料增强相的形貌、大小和分布进行观察,用XRD对该复合材料的成分进行分析,并对其显微硬度、耐磨性和阻尼性进行测试。结果表明,通过机械搅拌铸造法制备了该复合材料,Mg2Si在复合材料中呈白色树枝状,增强颗粒细小,均匀的分布在基体中,增强相与基体的界面清洁,无污染;Mg2Si/Al复合材料的显微硬度、耐磨性和阻尼性均得到了显著提高,其中Mg2Si含量为10%时,该复合材料相对纯铝的显微硬度提高了1.71倍,耐磨性提高了2.42倍,阻尼性提高了9.85倍。
The Mg2Si / Al in-situ composite was prepared by stirring casting method. The morphology, size and distribution of the reinforcing phase were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The composition of the composite was analyzed by XRD. The microhardness , Wear resistance and damping test. The results show that the composite material is prepared by mechanical stirring casting method. The Mg2Si has white dendrites in the composite material, which enhances the fine and uniform distribution of the particles in the matrix and enhances the interface cleanliness and no pollution to the matrix.
