国际货币基金组织日前发布数据,预计2009年经济增长将下降至0.5%,为第二次世界大战以来最低增长率。尽管各国都采取了各种政策行动,但是金融压力依然严重,摧垮了实体经济,在金融部门的功能得以恢复、信贷市场得以畅通之前,不可能实现持久的经济复苏。
