我们天津大理石厂主要生产大理石板材和水磨石板材。过去,厂里经营管理工作很不得力,产品质量低,社会信誉差,生产成本高,经营亏损大。从1972年至1981年,十年累计净亏损达58万元,在全国同行业中一直处于落后状态。1982年2月,市建材局、建材公司帮助厂里调整了领导班子,全厂上下一致,从整顿入手,大打翻身仗。不到一年时间,彻底摘掉了亏损帽子。全年实现利润17万元,16项经济技术指标都达到了建厂以来的最好水平。我们的翻身仗,分成三个“战役”。
Our Tianjin marble factory mainly produces marble plates and terrazzo plates. From 1972 to 1981, the accumulated net loss for the ten years reached 580,000 yuan, which has been lagging behind in the same industry in the country. In February 1982, the Municipal Building Material Bureau and the Building Materials Company helped the factory adjust the leadership team. The whole factory was consistent from top to bottom, starting from rectification, and overturning. Less than a year, completely removed the loss of hats. The annual profit of 170,000 yuan, 16 economic and technical indicators have reached the best level since the establishment of the factory. Our turn is divided into three “battles.”
