采用纳米磁性有机改性凹凸棒石对以活性艳蓝配制的印染废水进行了吸附脱色处理,研究了该过程的吸附热力学、动力学机理。结果表明:活性艳蓝在磁性有机改性凹凸棒石上的吸附行为符合Freundlich等温吸附模型,吸附焓变为正值、自由能为负值、熵变为正值,说明该吸附过程是吸热、自发、熵增的;其吸附动力学行为符合准二级动力学模型;活性艳蓝在磁性有机改性凹土上的吸附是物理吸附、化学吸附共同作用的结果。
Adsorption and decoloration of printing and dyeing wastewater prepared from reactive brilliant blue with nano-magnetic organic modified attapulgite was carried out. The adsorption thermodynamics and kinetic mechanism of the process were studied. The results showed that the adsorption behavior of reactive brilliant blue on magnetic organic modified attapulgite conformed to the Freundlich isothermal adsorption model, the enthalpy of adsorption changed to a positive value, the free energy was negative and entropy changed to a positive value, indicating that the adsorption process was endothermic, Spontaneous and entropy increasing. The adsorption kinetics behaved quasi-second order kinetic model. The adsorption of reactive brilliant blue on the magnetic organic modified soils was the result of the combination of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.
