管道内壁面涂敷一层亲水/疏油的光滑涂层,可防止蜡的附着。涂层表面化学结构影响着涂层与液体石蜡间的接触角,表面的聚四氟乙烯和有机硅氧烷较多时,涂层与油的润湿性较差。涂层表面具有较低的色散分量和高的极性分量,反应出非极性的液体与具有较低表面能色散分量的极性涂层表面有较大的接触角。
The inner wall of the pipe is coated with a smooth, hydrophilic / oleophobic coating to prevent the wax from adhering. The chemical structure of the coating surface affects the contact angle between the coating and the liquid paraffin. When there are many polytetrafluoroethylene and organosiloxanes on the surface, the wettability of the coating and the oil is poor. The coated surface has a lower dispersion component and a higher polar component, reflecting that the nonpolar liquid has a larger contact angle with the polar coating surface having a lower surface energy dispersion component.
