作者采用鸭乙型肝炎动物模型研究华蟾素抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)作用,并观察其毒性作用。结果显示华蟾素注射液1ml/kg组10只麻鸭在用药后第12周时有9只鸭HBV脱氧核糖核酸(DHBVDNA)阴转;3ml/kg组10只中7只阴转。而对照组9只中仅一只阴转。光镜观察华蟾素组鸭肝病理有明显改善。电镜观察两组肝细胞亚微结构改善均不明显。实验表明华蟾素对DHBV有明显抑制作用;且能改善鸭肝病理变化。
The authors used a duck/hepatitis B animal model to study the effect of Huachansu against duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) and observed its toxic effects. The results showed that 9 ducks in the 1 ml/kg group of Huachansu injection group were negative for HBV deoxyribonucleic acid (DHBVDNA) in the 12th week after the administration; in the 3ml/kg group, 7 were negative. In the control group, only one negative in 9 was found. Observed by light microscopy, the pathological changes of the liver of C. sinensis ducks were significantly improved. Electron microscopy showed that both groups had no obvious improvement in the submicroscopic structure of liver cells. Experiments show that Huachansu has a significant inhibitory effect on DHBV, and can improve the pathological changes of duck liver.
