应用半薄和冰冻切片自显影方法,在光镜下研究了肿瘤和正常组织内血管壁血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)结合受体的分布及定量.结果表明;肿瘤组织内的新生血管没有AngⅡ受体的特异性结合部位,荷瘤大鼠正常肾组织内小叶间动脉至入球动脉水平的血管壁AngⅡ受体结合部位密度最高,而叶间动脉至弓型动脉水平的稍大血管受体结合较低,两者间差异有统计学意义.从而为阐明AngⅡ选择性增加肿瘤血流的作用及肿瘤微循环调控机理提出了进一步的形态学依据.
The distribution and quantitation of angiotensin II (AngII) binding receptors in the tumor and normal tissue were studied under light microscope using semi-thin and frozen section autoradiography. The results showed that the neovascularization in the tumor tissue was not affected by AngII. The site of specific binding of the body, the density of AngII receptor binding sites in the vascular wall of the normal renal tissue from the normal renal tissue to the entry artery in the tumor-bearing rats is highest, and the binding of the slightly larger vessel receptors from the interlobular artery to the arcuate arteries The difference between the two was statistically significant. This provided a further morphological basis for elucidating the role of AngII in selectively increasing tumor blood flow and the mechanism of tumor microcirculation regulation.
