目的:构思适合办公室工作人员的运动体操,通过应用观察对预防颈腰痛的作用。方法:根据办公室人员颈腰痛多发的特点,设计一种针对性的系列锻炼方法,并在实际中进行应用,观察对预防颈腰痛的作用。结果:该运动操可以在各种条件下进行实施,对预防颈腰痛的发生有积极的预防作用。结论:该运动操适合办公室工作人员,可以做为工作期间的锻炼参考标准。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a sports gym that is suitable for office workers and to observe the effect of preventing neck and back pain through the application of observation. Methods: According to the characteristics of multiple neck and back pain in office staff, a series of targeted training methods were designed and applied in practice to observe the effect of preventing neck and back pain. Results: The exercises can be carried out in various conditions, to prevent the occurrence of cervical low back pain have a positive preventive effect. Conclusion: The gymnastics suit for office workers, can be used as reference during work training standards.
