本文通过对新木油田注水系统现状的调查和分析,总结出新木油田单耗高的主要原因是注水泵使用年限过长;注水泵与管网匹配不合理;注水站与注水站之间的水量调整不合理,根据不同注水站及所带系统的特点,论证降低新木油田注水站、注水管网、配水阀组能量损失,确定现有的注水泵前置变频技术、注水泵运行参数优化、注水站改造等技术手段,有效降低新木油田注水系统能耗,为下一步实施注水系统节能技术改造提供参考。 Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of water injection system in Xinyu Oilfield, it is concluded that the main cause of high unit consumption of Xinyu Oilfield is the long service life of water injection pump, unreasonable matching between water injection pump and pipe network, The adjustment of water volume is unreasonable. According to the different water filling stations and the characteristics of the system, the paper proves that the energy loss of water injection station, water injection pipe network and water distribution valve group in Xinmu Oilfield is reduced. The existing frequency conversion technology of water injection pump, , Water injection station transformation and other technical means to effectively reduce the energy consumption of Xinmu Oilfield water injection system for the next step to implement energy-saving waterflooding technology to provide a reference.
