鲜蘑菇组织柔嫩,含水量高,后熟作用强,再加易损伤,易变质,所以很不好贮藏。下面介绍几种简易的贮藏方法。 1、清水浸泡。将鲜蘑菇放入清水里。因为水能隔绝空气,使蘑菇变色慢,体态饱满。但不要使用铁质器皿及含铁量最高的水浸泡,以防色泽变黑,失去食用价值。
