曲柄剪刀差过大,引发了一起连杆扭断事故。通过现场调查发现,SY/T5044-2003游梁式抽油机标准规定的检测方法,适用于加工制造车间的出厂检验,但不适用于生产现场的快速检测和故障原因判断,造成连杆销异响等问题的进一步发展,最终酿成连杆断裂的事故。为此,我们采用了近似值检测法,给出了测试和计算方法,阐述了判别标准和存疑时的处理办法,实现了简单、快速检测,在指导现场管理和简化生产操作中,取得了较好效果。
Crank scissors difference is too large, causing a connecting rod twist accident.
