本研究旨在探讨卡介苗对兔系膜增殖性肾炎是否有保护作用。15只兔以小牛血清的蛋白多次注射进行免疫,其单核吞噬细胞系统功能以大肠杆菌内毒素抑制之,从而建立系膜增殖性肾炎模型。这些兔分成两组:BCG 组(7只)从致病免疫前3周起静注灭活卡介苗直至实验结衷,对照组(8只)接受盐水静注代替卡介苗。与对照组相比,BCG 组的循环免疫复合物浓度和小球内兔 IgG 沉积显著减少;小球平均细胞数显著减少;光镜和电镜所见病理改变也明显减轻。结论是卡介苗能刺激单核吞噬细胞系统加强清除循环免疫物,减少小球内免疫复合物沉积,从而减轻炎症反应。
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether BCG has a protective effect on mesangial proliferative nephritis in rabbits. Fifteen rabbits were immunized with multiple calf serum protein injections, and their mononuclear phagocyte system function was inhibited by E. coli endotoxin, thereby establishing a mesangial proliferative nephritis model. The rabbits were divided into two groups: the BCG group (7 rats) was intravenously inactivated BCG vaccine 3 weeks before the pathogenic immunization until the experimental results, and the control group (8 rats) received saline intravenous instead of BCG. Compared with the control group, the concentration of circulating immune complexes and the deposition of rabbit IgG in the bead significantly decreased in the BCG group, and the average number of cells in the small ball significantly decreased. The pathological changes observed by light and electron microscopy were also significantly reduced. The conclusion is that BCG can stimulate the mononuclear phagocyte system to strengthen the removal of circulating immune substances, reduce the deposition of immune complexes in the small ball, and thus reduce the inflammatory response.
