目的建立HPLC法测定复方间苯二酚搽剂中间苯二酚和水杨酸含量的方法,提高复方间苯二酚搽剂的质量标准。方法色谱柱为SHIMADZU VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:0.1%磷酸-乙腈(75∶25);流速:1.0ml·min-1;检测波长:285 nm;柱温:35℃。结果间苯二酚线性范围是0.248 81~0.746 43 mg·ml-1,r=0.9992;平均回收率为99.94%,RSD为1.63%;水杨酸线性范围是0.156 87~0.470 60 mg·ml-1,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.21%,RSD为0.95%。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于复方间苯二酚搽剂中间苯二酚和水杨酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of resorcinol and salicylic acid in compound resorcinol liniment by HPLC and to improve the quality standard of compound resorcinol liniment. Methods The column was SHIMADZU VP-ODS (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile (75:25), the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min- 35 ° C. Results The linear range of resorcinol was 0.248 81 ~ 0.746 43 mg · ml-1, r = 0.9992. The average recovery was 99.94%, RSD was 1.63%. The linear range of salicylic acid was 0.156 87 ~ 0.470 60 mg · ml- 1, r = 0.9999; the average recovery was 100.21%, RSD was 0.95%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible and can be used for the determination of resorcinol and salicylic acid in resorcinol liniment.
