目的应用腔内技术提高尿道狭窄/闭锁手术治疗的成功率。方法对36例尿道狭窄/闭锁,行单纯尿道内切开或内切开加瘢痕切除手术治疗。结果4例<0.3cm者,行单纯尿道内切开和16例长段尿道狭窄/闭锁均手术一次成功,5例2～3次手术治愈,9例术后近期内需定期尿道扩张。结论经尿道手术治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁安全有效,是尿道狭窄或闭锁的首选治疗方法。
Objective To improve the success rate of surgical treatment of urethral stricture / occlusion by intraluminal techniques. Methods 36 cases of urethral stricture / atresia were treated by simple urethrotomy or endo-incision plus scar excision. Results In 4 patients <0.3cm, simple urethral incision and 16 cases of long urethral stricture / block were performed successfully. 5 cases were cured by 2 or 3 surgeries and 9 cases were treated with regular urethral dilation. Conclusion Transurethral surgery for the treatment of urethral stricture or atresia is safe and effective. It is the first choice of urethral stricture or atresia.
