采用耐蚀钢筋代替普通钢筋可以有效改善混凝土结构的耐久性,但当前国内的技术标准并未对采用此类新型钢筋混凝土构件的计算分析作出规定。因此,通过试验对HRB500c耐蚀钢筋混凝土梁的正截面抗弯承载力及裂缝宽度进行研究,并与GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》中算式的计算结果进行对比。结果表明:GB 50010—2010建议的算式可用于预测耐蚀钢筋混凝土梁的正截面抗弯承载力、极限状态时的裂缝间距和最大裂缝宽度。但当承受较小的外荷载时,GB 50010—2010会低估实际的最大裂缝宽度。
The use of corrosion-resistant steel instead of ordinary steel can effectively improve the durability of concrete structures, but the current domestic technical standards did not provide for the use of such new reinforced concrete components of the calculation and analysis to make provisions. Therefore, the normal section flexural capacity and crack width of HRB500c corrosion-resistant RC beams are studied through experiments and compared with the calculation results of formula in GB 50010-2010 “Code for Design of Concrete Structures”. The results show that the formula proposed in GB 50010-2010 can be used to predict the normal section flexural capacity, the crack spacing and the maximum crack width in the ultimate state of the RC beams. However, when subjected to a smaller external load, GB 50010-2010 underestimates the actual maximum crack width.
