IC芯片应用广泛,产业发展迅速,而且随着芯片的集成度和性能的不断提高,以及大量新材料、新工艺和新的器件结构的运用,产品的可靠性与质量保证一直面临着巨大的挑战。本案例运用质量控制技术建立关键过程的质量控制系统,有效保证了产品质量,并获得了2011年上海市质量协会质量技术奖三等奖。
IC chips are widely used and the industry is developing rapidly. With the increasing integration and performance of chips and the application of a large amount of new materials, new processes and new device structures, the reliability and quality assurance of products have always faced great challenges . The case of quality control technology to establish the key process of quality control system to effectively ensure the quality of products and won the 2011 Shanghai Quality Association third prize of quality and Technology Award.
