体育是人类活动的一种现象,也是文化的一种表现形式。其中同样蕴涵着丰富的人文精神信息和内涵。但在我国的高校体育教学中,人文精神教育并不十分突出,或比较欠缺,在一定程度上不利于高校体育教学的改革发展。如何在高校体育教学活动中融入人文精神教育,是值得广大体育教育工作者深思的问题。人文精神教育对于提高学生的人文素养,以及综合能力方面起着重要作用,并在提高高校的软实力方面有积极意义。为此,应十分重视在体育教学中融入人文精神教育。鉴于此,分析了高校公共体育教学中人文精神的内涵、实施人文精神教育的必要性以及作用,并提出了在高校体育教学中融合人文精神几点建议,以期为广大教育工作者在体育教学中融入人文精神教育提供参考。
Physical education is a phenomenon of human activities, but also a manifestation of culture. Which also contains a wealth of humanistic spirit of information and content. Therefore, we should attach great importance to the education of humanistic spirit in PE teaching. In view of this, the article analyzes the connotation of humane spirit in public physical education in colleges and universities, the necessity and effect of humane spirit education and puts forward some suggestions of integrating humane spirit in college physical education with a view to providing education for the majority of educators in physical education Provide reference for integrating humanism education.
