小学教育是每一个个体人生发展的关键阶段,小学师资队伍建设与教师个体的质量关系到每一位学生的成长过程。在以追求质量提高、可持续发展为目标下的中国基础教育改革进入到深水区,教师专业发展理论与实践为小学教师队伍建设提供了一种新途径。学校是一个复杂的、开放的、多元的、演变的系统,维系教师专业能力提升需要依靠校内外的多种资源配置、科学管理制度创新等,因而怎样促进学校教师的专业发展成为学校管理者思考与实践的一个重要问题。
Primary education is a crucial stage in the development of every individual life. The construction of primary school teachers and the quality of individual teachers are related to the growth of every student. The reform of China’s basic education under the goal of improving quality and sustainable development has entered into the deep water area. The theory and practice of teacher professional development provide a new way for the construction of primary school teachers. The school is a complex, open, diversified and evolving system. How to promote the professional development of school teachers to become the thinking of school administrators depends on the allocation of multiple resources inside and outside schools and the innovation of scientific management systems. An important issue with practice.
