在资本和市场的喧嚣之后,我们发现,家政O2O在今年进入了深度调整与转型的阶段。一些互联网基因的创业企业将战略重心从单量、流量转向服务质量,从线上走入线下研究商业规律,并在盈利的压力下,从C端向B端拓展,发展增值业务;一些由传统行业转型的家政O2O,则持续发力,寻找传统产业优势与互联网更多的融合点。
After the hustle and bustle of capital and the market, we found that domestic O2O has entered a stage of deep adjustment and transformation this year. Some internet gene startups shift their strategic focus from single volume and traffic to service quality, go online and study offline business rules, and under the pressure of profit, they expand from C-terminal to B-terminal to develop value-added services. Some O2O, the traditional industry transformation of domestic economy, continued to force, looking for more advantages of traditional industries and the Internet more convergence point.
