去年秋天,我作为第二批支教青年教师落脚在苏北的一个小镇上。这里没有超市,没有公交车,没有互联网,加上不懂方言,开头几天和学生的沟通也不太顺利,我心里颇有些失落。我带一个三年级的班,接班的时候,原班主任把班级的情况跟我作了简要说明,并热心叮嘱,有一个叫奇奇的孩子“很不招人喜欢”。于是,第一天上午点名的时候,我特别注意了他。他安静地坐在南边靠墙的位置,穿着一件明显不合身的小背心。
Last fall, as a second batch of teachers of young teachers, I settled in a small town in northern Jiangsu. There are no supermarkets, no buses, no internet, and no knowledge of dialects. Communication with students is not smooth at the first few days. I feel quite lost in my heart. I took a third grade class. When the class was taken over, the original class teacher gave me a brief explanation of the class situation and was enthusiastic about it. There was a kid named Qiqi who was “very unappealing.” Then, when I named the first day of the morning, I paid special attention to him. He sat quietly on the south side of the wall and wore a vest that was obviously not fit.
