目的:调查北京市三级甲等医院新护士职业生涯规划及管理状况。方法:2015年1-9月,对北京市3家三级甲等医院230名工作2年以内的护士进行职业生涯管理状况、职业生涯规划状况的问卷调查,并分析两者的关系。结果:护士职业生涯管理量表总分为(38.04±7.86)分,职业生涯规划量表总分为(35.12±6.07)分。Pearson相关分析显示护士职业生涯管理各维度及总分与职业生涯规划各维度及总分间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元回归分析结果显示影响护士职业生涯管理的主要因素包括注重关系、确立职业目标和自我展示(P<0.05);影响护士职业生涯规划的主要因素包括提供职业信息、晋升公平(P<0.05)。结论:新护士职业生涯规划及管理状况都有一定的优势与不足,护理管理者需要建立更加公平与开放的职业信息平台与晋升平台,护士也需要注重关系、确立职业目标和自我展示。
Objective: To investigate the career planning and management of new nurses in Grade A hospitals in Beijing. Methods: From January to September 2015, 230 nurses from 3 tertiary level hospitals in Beijing were investigated by questionnaire about career management status and career planning status, and the relationship between the two was analyzed. Results: The score of career management scale of nurses was (38.04 ± 7.86) points and the score of career planning scale was (35.12 ± 6.07) points. Pearson correlation analysis showed that all dimensions and total score of career management of nurses were positively correlated with dimensions and total score of career planning (P <0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing career management of nurses included relationship emphasis, establishing career goals and self-presentation (P <0.05). The main factors influencing the career planning of nurses included providing career information and promoting fairness (P <0.05). Conclusion: The career planning and management of new nurses have some advantages and disadvantages. Nursing managers need to establish a more fair and open career information platform and promotion platform. Nurses also need to pay attention to the relationship, set career goals and demonstrate themselves.
