一、思想品德教师重视培养和提高自身的创新意识教师自身的创新意识、创新能力,是提高培养学生创新思维能力质量的关键因素,在思想品德教学过程中,学生能否提出创新问题的关键在于教师的创新意识。如果教师奉行应试教育理念,在教学过程中一味地传授学生理论知识,过分要求提高考试成绩,而忽视引导学生全面的掌握基础知识、获得专业技能,那么新课标教育只能名存实亡。所以,要想通过思想品德教学来培养小学生的创新思维能力,首先必须提高教师的创新
