采用无籽固相晶体生长技术制备99.7(99.6K_(0.5)Na_(0.5)NbO_3-0.4LiBiO_3)-0.3CaZrO_3无铅压电单晶,研究了预合成温度对合成粉末的特性以及后续生长的单晶生长特性、微结构、压电和介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着预合成温度的升高,合成粉末趋于形成更稳定的正交相结构,但粉末粒度和形貌没有明显变化。采用不同预合成温度合成的粉末均能制备出厘米级的单晶,晶体呈淡黄色半透明状。在研究范围内,预合成温度的变化对晶体的生长特性和晶体结构没有明显影响。但随着预合成温度的升高,晶体压电常数d33先增加后减小,当预合成温度为850℃时,达到最大值d33=284 p C/N。
The 99.7 (99.6K_ (0.5) Na_ (0.5) NbO_3 - 0.4LiBiO_3) - 0.3CaZrO_3 piezoelectric single crystal was prepared by seedless solid phase crystal growth technique. The effects of pre-synthesized temperature on the properties of the synthesized powders and the single Crystal growth characteristics, microstructure, piezoelectric and dielectric properties. The results show that the synthesis powder tends to form a more stable orthorhombic phase structure with the increase of the pre-synthesized temperature, but the particle size and the morphology of the powder do not change obviously. Using different pre-synthesized synthesis temperature of the powder can produce centimeter-level single crystal, the crystal was pale yellow translucent. Within the scope of the study, changes in the pre-synthesized temperature have no significant effect on the crystal’s growth characteristics and crystal structure. However, as the pre-synthesized temperature increases, the piezoelectric constant d33 first increases and then decreases. When the pre-synthesized temperature is 850 ℃, the maximum value d33 = 284 p C / N is obtained.
