针对传统榫卯结构在当今家具研究中存在的问题,提出了传统工艺与现代设计相结合的方法。将计算机辅助设计技术引入到榫卯结构设计研究中,以Pro/E为平台,以“有束腰方凳”为研究对象,进行三维数字化设计。通过实例验证了计算机辅助设计技术在榫卯结构设计中的可行性。结果表明,利用计算机辅助设计技术能有效提高榫卯结构的设计效率,为家具产品开发提供新的思路。
Aiming at the problems existing in the research of the traditional tenon-and-mortar structure in today’s furniture, a method combining the traditional craft with the modern design is proposed. The computer aided design technology is introduced into the design of the mortise and tenon structures. The Pro / E platform and the “Corset with Corset” are selected as the research objects to carry out the three-dimensional digital design. An example is given to verify the feasibility of CAD technology in the design of mortise and tenon joints. The results show that the use of computer-aided design techniques can effectively improve the design efficiency of mortise and tenon structure, and provide new ideas for furniture product development.
