针对国内地铁行业设备维护管理中存在的问题及南京地铁设备维修的现状,对全员生产维护(TPM)和以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)两种不同设备维护模式间的相融性进行分析,提出TPM&RCM相融合的设备管理及维护周期优化策略。围绕设备维护的两个目标——维护策略优化与维护活动合理落实,首先借助设备关键性量化分析手段和故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)技术进行设备分类管理,并明确设备维护的关键点,建立关键设备的维护周期优化模型,从而回答什么该修、修什么和怎么修的维修策略问题;同时,将这些维护策略结合TPM可视化和规范化管理方法落实现场维修作业,保证维护活动经济高效地实施,也为RCM持续优化提供数据支撑。给出应用实例,说明TPM&RCM相融合的设备管理与优化策略的有效性和合理性。
