白鹤芋(Spathlphyllum floribundum)离体培养快速繁殖结果表明,用MS培养基,附加BA6.0毫克/升(单位下同)、NAA0.2、蔗糖3.0％,培养温度保持在25—30℃,可诱导出不定芽。丛生芽分切转入诱根生长培养基,即MS+BA0.2+NAA0.2+IBA0.2,添加0.3％(w/v)活性炭,就可形成完整的试管苗植株。移入装有腐殖土为基质的花盆内,放在阴凉处,喷雾保湿,成活率高达85—90％,可以商品化生产。
