随着改革的深入和发展,县级的企、事业单位也开始了承包.现就承包后厂矿企业的女工保健工作要不要抓?怎样抓?能否正常实施?我们带着这些问题走访了县棉织、棉纺、制线、制药等厂.在八个女工较集中的重点企业,发现存在以下几个问题: 一、女工本身素质差,缺乏有关女工保健的知识.在走访中我们询问了1 297名女职工,了解了她们对女工保护条例、政策等掌握的基本情况.其中发现较了解的有152名(11.7%);稍了解的有716名(55.2%);根本不知的有429名(33.1%).正因为如此,她们不能依法保护自己、不能提出合理的要求.有些厂矿领导把女性生
With the deepening of the reform and development, enterprises and institutions at the county level also started the contract.
