利用ANSYS有限元软件对碳化硅泡沫增强铝基双连续相复合材料和颗粒增强复合材料力学性能进行模拟研究,分析了增强体架构对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:连续增强体不但可以传递载荷,而且可以承担载荷,增强体的连续性增加了增强体之间的约束和增强体对基体的约束,提高了复合材料的强度和刚度,降低了复合材料的塑性;增强体的连续性增加了复合材料内部应力的不均匀性,易于产生应力波动。
The mechanical properties of SiC foam-reinforced aluminum-based bicontinuous phase composites and particle reinforced composites were simulated by ANSYS finite element software. The effect of reinforcements on the mechanical properties of composites was analyzed. The results show that the continuous reinforcements can not only transmit the load, but also can bear the load, enhance the continuity of the body, increase the restraint between the reinforcements and the constraints of the reinforcements on the matrix, increase the strength and rigidity of the composites, Plasticity; enhance the continuity of the body increases the internal stress of the composite material is not uniform, prone to stress fluctuations.
