以包被补体的酵母和E玫瑰花环形成技术结合建立的E、YC联合花环试验稳定简便,一次试验可同时观察E~+细胞,YC~+细胞,D细胞,以及能吞噬YC~+的大单核和巨噬细胞。检测94例正常人外周血,获得各类淋巴细胞的正常值如下;E~+细胞61.9±10.9%,YC~+细胞8.2±3.4%,D细胞1.09±1.27%,非E~+非YC~+淋巴细胞28.5±12.1%。此法易于识别大单核细胞,无需采用其它方法加以排除。应用于12例急性淋巴细胞性白血病免疫学分型,结果如下:B细胞型白血病一例,T细胞型白血病一例,非T非B淋巴细胞型白病病4例,T细胞-非T非B淋巴细胞混合型白血病一例。另五例检测结果也提示不一定是单一表型的淋巴白血病,需进一步做其他标志检查。

The other five cases of test results also suggest that it is not necessarily a single phenotype of lymphoid leukemia, need to be further done other signs check.
