Through the analysis of Locke’s political philosophy, Locke points out that Locke’s interpretation of natural law and God’s revelation and its significance is its creative explanation based on his own intention, which is implied behind this argumentative way to truly constitute the concept of modern human rights Within the foundation is Locke’s unique understanding of man and his freedom. The article therefore argues that the natural law and the Christian tradition are only important parameters of the birth of the modern concept of human rights. The connotation and inner motivation of human rights values are essentially derived from the inherent desire of the people for their own sound development.
