铝电解生产添加锂、镁盐复含剂在60千安以上系列应用,节能效果显著。但在30千安系列铝电解槽中应用该技术锂盐单耗高达6.405公斤/吨铝。为此,将锂、镁盐掺水制成复合剂进行试验,结果锂盐单耗降到2.582公斤/吨铝,电流效率提高2.36%,吨铝增产26.26公斤,降低电耗1079千瓦小时/吨铝,并减少氟化物排放量43.36%,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
