筛选一种快速、准确的测定肠球菌对高浓度的庆大霉素、链霉素的耐药性的方法。分别用单一浓度肉汤微量稀释法、VITEK-GPS-TA药敏卡检测163株肠球菌对庆大霉素(500mg/L,2000mg/L)、链霉素(2000mg/L)的耐药性,并以脑心浸液方法为标准,对上述两种方法的准确性进行评价。显示,单一浓度肉汤微量稀释法能准确地测定肠球菌对庆大霉素的高度耐药性,但在测定对高浓度的链霉素的耐药性时,类粪肠球菌,鸟肠球菌有个别假敏感株出现。VITEK-GPS-TA药敏卡能准确测定粪肠球菌、鸟肠球菌对庆大霉素的高度耐药性,但在测定类粪肠球菌、鸟肠球菌对庆大霉素及全部肠球菌对链霉素的耐药性时均有假敏感株出现。单一浓度肉汤微量稀释法能较准确地测定肠球菌对高浓度氨基糖甙类抗生素的耐药性,而VITEK-GPS-TA药敏卡则不适宜高度耐药株的筛选。
