目的通过事件的调查分析,对工业企业部门的安全生产教育起到警示作用。方法回顾性流行病学调查和现场实验监测调查。结果用红外线分析器进行二氧化碳检测,井周围二氧化碳含量在0.034%~0.045%之间;井口下1m处二氧化碳含量超过分析器的检测上限(5000ppm=0.5%),无法正常读数,超过正常值4倍以上;工厂没有配备相应的防毒面具及其他防护设备。结论经流行病学调查、临床表现分析和实验室检验结果证实,此起中毒事件是由二氧化碳污染水井引起的职业中毒;乡镇企业工人及有关部门安全意识淡薄,对急性二氧化碳气体中毒的危害认识不足,个人防护及其他防护设备缺乏,造成5人中毒其中4人死亡。
Objective Through the investigation and analysis of the incident, it plays a warning role in the safety education in industrial enterprises.
