传统的不停输开孔封堵工艺进行管道改造引出旁通支管时,存在工艺复杂、耗费时间长、管道介质放空造成环境污染等问题。因此,对原开孔封堵引支管施工工艺进行优化,研制开发出一种在役管道快速引支管工艺及装备。将三通法兰与三通管件焊接后再与护板焊接,形成集开孔、引管为一体的挡条四通,然后在挡条四通上引出支管道,实现了高压输油气在役管道引支管作业。该技术已经成功运用到西气东输轮南压气站改造工程、定远站管道改造工程、成都-德阳输气管道等改造工程中,满足了高压油气管道引支管的要求,为管道改造提供了一套更加经济可行的引支管工艺。(图4,参4)
