为了观察HIV-1阳性病人血清IL-18和IL-18BP水平与疾病的关系,用ELISA法检测67例经HAART治疗的HIV-1阳性病人及18例正常对照者血清的IL-18和IL-18BP水平。结果显示,HIV-1感染组血清IL-18水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),其中A类HIV-1感染组IL-18水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05),B类、C类HIV-1感染组IL-18水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);HIV-1感染组血清IL-18BP的水平明显高于正常人(P<0.01),其中各类HIV-1感染组IL-18BP水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);正常对照组IL-18和IL-18BP水平呈正相关(r=0.705,P<0.01),HIV-1感染组的IL-18和IL-18BP水平无相关性。可见,IL-18和IL-18BP水平的变化及失衡与艾滋病的发生、发展相关,动态监测外周血IL-18及IL-18BP水平可作为反映HIV-1感染者的免疫功能状态变化指标,调节体内IL-18、IL-18BP水平的平衡可能为艾滋病治疗提供新途径。
In order to observe the relationship between serum IL-18 and IL-18BP level and disease in HIV-1-positive patients, IL-18 and IL-18 in sera of 67 HAART-treated HIV-1 positive patients and 18 normal controls were detected by ELISA. 18BP level.
