应用RT-PCR、RACE技术从乙烯诱导的辣椒中克隆到一个乙烯反应(ERF)类转录因子基因,命名为CaJERF1,其全长cDNA序列为1379bp,编码375个氨基酸,分子量为41.5kD,具有一个由59个氨基酸构成的保守的ERF结构域。CaJERF1的AP2域与CaPF的同源性为100%,与JERF1的同源性为99%;全序列与CaPF和JERF1的同源性也分别达到99%和86%,属于ERF家族的第Ⅳ次家族。诱导分析表达结果表明,植物激素乙烯、苿莉酸甲酯以及盐和低温胁迫均可诱导该基因的表达,表明CaJERF1可能参与到多条信号途径中,并在多种逆境胁迫应答中发挥作用。
An ethylene-responsive transcription factor (ERF) gene was cloned from ethylene-induced pepper by RT-PCR and RACE technology and named CaJERF1. The full-length cDNA was 1379 bp in length and encoded a protein of 375 amino acids with a molecular mass of 41.5 kD. A conserved ERF domain consisting of 59 amino acids. The homology between CaJF2 and CaPF was 100% and 99% with JERF1 in CaJERF1 and 99% and 86% in CaPF and JERF1, respectively. It belongs to the fourth of ERF family family. The results of induction analysis indicated that plant hormones ethylene, methyl gallate, salt and low temperature stress could induce the expression of this gene, indicating that CaJERF1 may be involved in multiple signal pathways and play a role in a variety of stress response.
