本文介绍隐性知识的概念及组织学习的综合模型——OADI-SMM循环。提出了师徒制技能提升模型,主张按专业技能、复合技能、创新技能的培训程序,实现隐性知识的组织学习,最终完成知识共享与创新。本文的研究目的是启发企业如何培养高素质,高技能人才,以补救当今中国社会高技能工作者人才断层危机,从而增强中国企业核心竞争力。
This article introduces the concept of tacit knowledge and the integrated model of organizational learning - the OADI-SMM cycle. Proposed mentoring skills upgrading model, advocated by the professional skills, complex skills, innovative skills training program to achieve the tacit knowledge organization and learning, the ultimate completion of knowledge sharing and innovation. The purpose of this paper is to inspire enterprises how to cultivate highly qualified and highly skilled personnel so as to remedy the crisis of talents in today’s Chinese highly skilled workers and enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.
