江南水乡苏杭,素有人间天堂美湛誉.两城均环山绕水,自然条件优越,在历代建城过程中,刻意追求融入建环境与自然山水于一体,匠心独运自成一格.其中不乏优秀的历史文化传统.在此文化深邃地域,开发建设新的居住区必须把握好时代的脉搏运用文化策划、环境策划等手段,发掘借鉴历史文化遗存,有创意地营建一处新的人居理想家园.本文畅述杭州市金成@江南春居住区规划创意中总体布局的相地置宜;各信区的适宜定位;生态环境的重视;住宅公建类型的选定配置,大小景观的立意;绿环水系的设计;坡地植被的营建;平俯对景的安排……等等,以期能体现共存、共生、共荣的居住均好性原则.
