为提升建筑施工安全管理水平,基于不安全行为的重要性,通过文献分析和专家访谈方式确定不安全行为集合,构建诸不安全行为间关系概念模型。根据14份调研数据,运用社会网络分析(SNA)方法构建诸不安全行为间关系网络模型,研究其结构特征、节点属性、影响力及聚类等级情况。结果表明:关键不安全行为节点可构成行为连锁反应链,并由桥节点连接成不安全行为网络,且网络具有较高风险性。其中,关键不安全行为包括安全生产管理机构设置不合理、安全检查监督体系设计不合理等;存在一些行为连锁反应链,包括“安全生产管理机构设置不合理-施工现场指挥监督失误-作业处于不安全位置”等;不安全行为网络的桥节点包括安全生产管理机构设置不合理等。
In order to improve the level of safety management in building construction, based on the importance of unsafe behavior, unscrupulous behavior collection is determined through literature analysis and expert interviews, and a conceptual model of relationship between unsafe behaviors is constructed. Based on the 14 survey data, the social network analysis (SNA) method is used to construct the relational network model of unsafe behavior, and its structural characteristics, node attributes, influence and clustering level are studied. The results show that the key unsafe behavior nodes can form behavioral chain reaction chain, and the bridge nodes connect into unsafe behavior networks, and the network has high risk. Among them, the key unsafe behaviors include unreasonable establishment of safety production management institution and unreasonable design of safety inspection and supervision system; there are some chains of behavior chain reaction, including “unreasonable establishment of safety production management institution - failure of command and supervision on construction site - Unsafe location ”and so on; bridge nodes of the unsafe behavior network include unreasonable setting of safety production management institutions and the like.
