目的:研究微波照射对人离体牙牙本质力学性能的影响。方法:选取7对同名前磨牙,将每对同名牙按照实验要求制备成4个试件,并将其随机分为4组,对照组不做任何处理,处理组分别用40 W微波照射牙本质面3 s、5s和7 s后,应用拉力万能实验机测试其生物力学值,观察微波对牙本质力学性能的影响。结果:不同时间微波照射牙本质后,牙本质的抗压强度和比例极限没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。不同时间微波照射牙本质后,牙本质的弹性模量有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:微波照射在7s内对牙本质的抗压强度和比例极限都没有影响,不同时间微波照射后的牙本质弹性模量不同。
Objective: To study the effect of microwave irradiation on the mechanical properties of human dentin. Methods: Seven pairs of premolar teeth of the same name were selected. Four specimens with the same name were made according to the experimental requirements. Four specimens were randomly divided into four groups. The control group received no treatment. The treatment group was treated with 40 W microwave, After 3 s, 5 s and 7 s, the biomechanical properties of the dentin were observed by tensile universal testing machine. The effects of microwave on the mechanical properties of dentin were observed. Results: There was no significant difference in dentine compressive strength and proportion between microwave irradiation and dentin (P> 0.05). Elastic modulus of dentin had significant difference (P <0.05) after microwave irradiation of dentin at different time. CONCLUSION: Microwave irradiation has no effect on the dentin compressive strength and the proportionality limit within 7 seconds. The dentin elastic modulus after microwave irradiation is different at different times.
