由于使用工况的不同，挖掘机常常需要频繁更换工作装置，如铲斗、破碎锤、夯实器等。为此，我公司设计了一种应用于LG120型液压挖掘机的快速更换装置（简称快换装置），如图1所示。该装置操纵方便、灵活，整个更换过程由一名操作人员在很短的时间内即可完成，提高了工作效率。? Due to the different operating conditions, excavators often require frequent replacement of work equipment, such as buckets, hammers, rammers and so on. To this end, our company designed a quick replacement device (referred to as quick change device) used in LG120 hydraulic excavator, as shown in Figure 1. The device is easy to operate and flexible, and the entire replacement process can be completed by a single operator in a short period of time, improving work efficiency. ?
