用流式细胞光度术对127例胃组织样品进行DNA含量分析.光镜下分为正常粘膜,浅表性胃炎,慢性萎缩性胃炎,轻、中、重度不典型增生和胃癌共7组.以DNA指数表示细胞核相对DNA含量.结果:重度不典型增生及胃癌组均与前5组有极显著差异,对其中64例的细胞周期分析表明:正常组与浅表性胃炎组之间S期细胞比率、细胞增殖指数无显著差异,但与其他组有显著差异,胃癌组细胞增殖指数与除重度不典型增生之外的其他组有显著差异.因此,DNA含量异常,S期细胞比率及细胞增殖指数明显增高,为胃粘膜潜在恶性或恶变的客观指标.
The DNA content of 127 gastric tissue samples was analyzed by flow cytometry. Light microscopy was divided into normal mucosa, superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, mild, moderate and severe dysplasia and gastric cancer. The DNA index indicates the relative nuclear DNA content. Results: Severe atypical hyperplasia and gastric cancer groups were significantly different from the first 5 groups. The cell cycle analysis of 64 of them showed that the S phase cells were between the normal group and the superficial gastritis group. There was no significant difference in the ratio and cell proliferation index, but it was significantly different from other groups. The cell proliferation index of gastric cancer group was significantly different from that of other groups except severe dysplasia. Therefore, abnormal DNA content, S phase cell ratio and cell proliferation were observed. Significantly increased index, an objective indicator of potential malignant or malignant gastric mucosa.
