【目的】探讨植物免疫蛋白对茶叶产量及主要品质成分的影响,为茶叶高效优质生产提供技术支持。【方法】在广西鹿寨、融水县茶园设喷施800、1000和1200倍液植物免疫蛋白处理,以喷清水为对照(CK),调查统计翌年春茶产量、百芽长、百芽重及发芽密度,并测定分析其主要品质成分。【结果】喷施植物免疫蛋白能有效增加茶树的百芽长、百芽重和发芽密度,从而提高春茶产量,平均提高30.9%,以1000倍液处理的产量最高,较CK提高了39.8%。1000倍液处理的茶叶水浸出物含量、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)含量均显著高于CK(P<0.05),但各处理茶叶中氨基酸和咖啡碱含量的差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】植物免疫蛋白能提高茶叶产量及水浸出物、茶多酚和EGCG含量,且以1000倍液喷施效果较佳,可在广西茶叶种植区推广应用。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of plant immune proteins on yield and quality of tea and to provide technical support for the efficient and high quality tea production. 【Method】 The plantlets of 800, 1000 and 1200 times were sprayed on the tea plantations in Luzhai and Rongshui counties of Guangxi for the treatment of spray-water as control (CK). The yield, Germination density was measured and analyzed for its major quality components. 【Result】 The results showed that the spraying of plant immune protein could effectively increase the bud length, the bud weight and the germination density of the tea tree, thus increasing the yield of the spring tea by an average of 30.9%. The highest yield was obtained by 1000 times of liquid treatment, 39.8% . The contents of water extract and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) of tea leaves treated with 1000 times were significantly higher than those of CK (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the contents of amino acids and caffeine between the treatments (P> 0.05). 【Conclusion】 Plant immune protein can improve the tea yield, water extract, tea polyphenol and EGCG content, and sprayed with 1000 times better effect, which can be widely applied in the tea growing areas of Guangxi.
