复方马勃冲剂由马勃、生石膏为主组成,用于治疗急性(化脓性)扁桃体炎已有30余年,临床疗效确切.本文报告复方马勃冲剂的解热、降温及抗炎作用实验研究.1 材料1.1 动物 Wistar大鼠,体重208～260g,雌雄各半;昆明种小鼠,体重18～22克,雌雄各半,由北京医科大学实验动物科学部及中国医学科学院动物所提供.1.2 药物 复方马勃冲剂流浸膏1g相当于生药2.5g.由中国中医研究院西苑医院中药制剂研究室提供,批号:9408.高活性干酵母由广东东莞糖厂酵母分厂制造.批号:9401.1.3 器材 SHARP-MT-20型数字显示型温度计;分光光度计,分析天平.
The compound Mabo granule is mainly composed of puffball and gypsum. It has been used for the treatment of acute (purulent) tonsillitis for more than 30 years. The clinical curative effect is definite. This paper reports the antipyretic, cooling and anti-inflammatory effects of compound Mabo granules. 1 Materials 1.1 Animal Wistar rats, weighing 208-260 g, male and female; Kunming mice, weighing 18-22 g, male and female, provided by the Laboratory Animal Science Department of Beijing Medical University and Institute of Animal Diseases of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. 1.2 Drugs Compound Ma Bo powder extract 1g is equivalent to crude drug 2.5g. Provided by the Chinese Medicine Research Institute of Xiyuan Hospital, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, batch number: 9408. High-activity dry yeast is manufactured by Guangdong Dongguan Sugar Factory Yeast Factory.
