本文通过对山西省晋中市某高中的五位英语教师进行三个月的跟进课堂教学的实录观察,分析他们各自在课堂教学目标,课程教学设计,教学授课过程的差异,利用SPSS软件分析其一线英语教师的教学能力,指出该中学的英语教师教学能力现状和面临的问题,并根据该学校的具体情况,提出合理的建议。
In this paper, five English teachers in a high school in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, were followed up for three months to observe the classroom teaching and their differences in teaching objectives, teaching design and teaching process were analyzed. SPSS software was used to analyze The teaching ability of the first-line English teachers indicates the current situation and problems faced by the English teachers in middle school and puts forward reasonable suggestions according to the specific conditions of the school.
