针对混合式抽水蓄能电站影响常规机组运行而产生增发电量效益的独有的运行特性,提出了增发电量效益的计算理论和方法,并以某混合式抽水蓄能电站为例,分析了其产生的静态效益、动态效益及防洪抗旱、节能环保、增发电量等多种效益。结果表明,混合式抽水蓄能电站具有显著的经济和社会效益。
