白云石砖主要原料是镁钙砂,提高白云石砖的抗水化性能就是要提高镁钙砂的抗水化性能。试验认为:(1)添加Fe_2O_3能够显著提高镁钙砂的抗水化性能,随着Fe_2O_3含量的增加,水化增重率呈下降趋势,材料的耐压强度及抗折强度增大,但是随着Fe_2O_3含量增加到1%后,材料的抗折强度、气孔率有明显大的波动;(2)烧成温度对镁钙砂的抗水化性能有一些影响,烧成温度升高,材料强度增加,气孔率降低,抗水化能力有一定的提高。该研究结果有利于白云石砖的质量控制,对水泥企业选用白云石砖具有参考意义。
The main raw material of dolomite brick is magnesia-calcium sand. To improve the hydration resistance of dolomite brick is to improve the hydration resistance of magnesia-cinder sand. The results show that: (1) The addition of Fe_2O_3 can significantly improve the hydration resistance of magnesia-lime sand. With the increase of Fe_2O_3 content, the hydration and weight gain rate decreases, and the compressive strength and flexural strength of the material increase. However, With the content of Fe 2 O 3 increased to 1%, the flexural strength and porosity of the material fluctuated obviously. (2) The sintering temperature had some influence on the hydration resistance of MgO-CaO sand. The sintering temperature and material strength Increase, reduce the porosity, anti-hydration ability to a certain extent. The results of this study are beneficial to the quality control of dolomite bricks and have reference significance to the selection of dolomite bricks for cement enterprises.
