随着我国市场经济的飞速发展,各行各业在不断创新、完善,以更好的姿态应对各式各样的挑战。人事档案管理工作作为一项相对其他管理工作更为系统、全面的工作,在目前事业单位企业化改革的过程中,是非常重要的一部分。大数据时代创新是做好人事档案管理工作的关键,人事档案管理应该在改革过程中不断完善与创新。本文通过以事业单位企业化运营过程为研究对象,剖析目前多数事业单位人事制度现状,提出创新人事档案管理工作的若干思考及建议。
With the rapid development of the market economy in our country, all walks of life are constantly innovating and perfecting, and deal with various challenges with a better attitude. Personnel file management as a relative to other management more systematic and comprehensive work in the current institutional reform process is a very important part. Innovation in the era of big data is the key to doing a good job in personnel file management. Personnel file management should be constantly perfected and innovated in the reform process. This article through to the enterprise operation process as the research object, analyzes the present situation of the most personnel system in most public institutions, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to innovate the personnel file management.
